Welcome to the Haitian Cuisine Network, a vibrant digital marketplace designed to connect food lovers with the most delightful, authentic Haitian cuisine available from restaurants across the region and beyond. We are proud to offer a platform where culture, taste, and technology intersect to create a truly unique and mouthwatering experience. We deeply value your trust in our network and are committed to transparency and clarity in our operations.
At Haitian Cuisine Network, our mission is to elevate Haitian culinary art and provide every customer with convenient access to authentic dishes crafted by passionate chefs and restaurant partners. We aim to make the rich flavors of Haitian food more accessible to everyone, whether you're ordering from the comfort of your home or discovering a new favorite eatery nearby.
We take great pride in our commitment to promoting health-conscious practices, cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and food safety. While we are not a food-preparing entity ourselves, we invest a significant amount of effort in educating our partner restaurants on industry best practices, cleanliness protocols, and service excellence.
It is important to note that every restaurant on the Haitian Cuisine Network operates independently. Each listed restaurant is solely responsible for the preparation, quality, freshness, hygiene, and safety of its food and services. We do not own or operate any of the kitchens or restaurants listed on our platform.
While we offer onboarding guidelines, ongoing support, and access to industry-standard training materials, we cannot and do not supervise or enforce day-to-day food handling practices at each restaurant. The responsibility for complying with food safety laws, proper hygiene, cleanliness, and ethical business conduct rests entirely with the individual restaurant and its staff.
Although we encourage our restaurant partners to be fully transparent about the ingredients they use and to accommodate common dietary restrictions, we cannot guarantee that any dish will be free of allergens, cross-contamination, or meet specific nutritional guidelines. Customers with severe food allergies or medical dietary requirements should exercise due diligence and contact the restaurant directly for verification before placing an order.
Haitian cuisine often includes ingredients such as shellfish, peanuts, gluten-containing grains, dairy, and spices that may not be suitable for all individuals. While we do allow restaurants to provide allergen information, we cannot verify the accuracy of this information, nor can we guarantee that every meal will be safe for every dietary need.
We strongly advocate for the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. We routinely provide updated food safety resources, COVID-19 handling protocols, and customer service expectations to our restaurant partners. However, we do not conduct physical inspections or health audits.
Any concerns about a specific restaurant’s hygiene or handling practices should be brought to the attention of that restaurant immediately. Customers are also encouraged to report severe violations to local health authorities. If you report a concern to us, we will investigate to the best of our ability and may take appropriate action, including removing the restaurant from our platform if necessary.
When it comes to delivery services, many of our restaurant partners handle their own deliveries, while others may use third-party delivery services. The Haitian Cuisine Network does not directly provide delivery services. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for delivery delays, improper food storage during transit, or any incidents involving delivery personnel.
We do encourage all partners and delivery teams to use insulated bags, keep hot foods hot and cold foods cold, and follow basic transportation safety guidelines. However, the final responsibility for food safety from preparation to delivery lies with the restaurant and the delivery provider.
We empower our community to leave reviews and ratings based on their experience. These reviews reflect the personal opinions of users and not those of Haitian Cuisine Network. While we moderate abusive or discriminatory comments, we do not edit or alter genuine customer feedback.
Your reviews help us maintain a transparent and accountable ecosystem. We use this feedback to highlight exceptional partners, identify patterns of concern, and continuously refine our service.
Haitian Cuisine Network shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the consumption of food or the services provided by our partner restaurants. This includes but is not limited to food poisoning, allergic reactions, injuries, delays, delivery mishaps, or inaccurate information provided by a third-party restaurant.
We do not warrant that the food or services provided will meet your expectations, nor do we guarantee the uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of our website or app.
Should you experience a serious issue, we encourage you to contact the restaurant directly for resolution. If the issue remains unresolved, you may contact us at support@haitiancuisinenetwork.com, and we will mediate the matter to the extent possible. Please understand that while we advocate for our customers, we cannot issue refunds on behalf of our partners unless explicitly authorized.
We created the Haitian Cuisine Network not only to serve food but to serve culture, pride, and connection. We work hard to ensure this platform reflects the best of what Haitian cuisine has to offer, while also understanding that it is the restaurant partners who cook the meals, who own the kitchens, and who ultimately hold the responsibility for what reaches your plate.
As with any collective effort, your awareness, communication, and feedback play an essential role in keeping this community vibrant and trustworthy. We invite you to enjoy the flavors, explore the culture, and report any concerns so that together, we can continue building something truly delicious and dependable.
